NIA Standardization
Several standards committees are working in the area of nanotechnology on different levels:
National Level
UK
In the UK, the British Standards Institution (BSI) has a committee on Nanotechnologies (NTI/1), which reviews the work of ISO TC229 and that of other relevant committees. NTI/1 has also developed a number of national documents, which can be viewed and downloaded from their website.

Germany
In Germany, Deutsches Institut für Normung e. V. (DIN) also has a committee on Nanotechnologies (NA 062-08-17 AA) which reviews the work of ISO TC229 and that of other relevant committees such as CEN TC 352.
