Collaboration with foreign countries is key to their strategy and they are very keen to engage with the UK hi–tech sector. In addition, Rusnano do not have research facilities but will fund applied research with foreign partners, often as part of public private partnership funding – another key area of commercial opportunity for UK firms and institutions.’
