EUFP7 Sustainable Nanotechnologies Project Requests Feedback on Risk Management Practices

The European Union Framework seven (EUFP7) Sustainable Nanotechnologies (SUN) project, which is currently developing software to facilitate safe and sustainable nanomaterial manufacturing and risk assessment, has released a 12-question survey to help guide the development of their technological alternatives and risk management measures (TARMM) inventory.  The project asks all organisations involved in nanotechnology-related activities, including companies, universities, research laboratories, institutes, technological centres, and SMEs, to have personnel familiar with their risk management practices complete the questionnaire.

The brief survey will provide essential feedback for the TARMM inventory development and will play a key role in advancing the SUN project. All responses will be aggregated to ensure the anonymity of companies and participant identities will not be revealed. For more information on the SUN project, visit their website at: http://www.sun-fp7.eu/
