The International Conference is held again in Venice, 26 to 28 November 2014
The Conference explores the role of cross-sectional and synergistic "Key Enabling Technologies - KET" (nanotechnology, micro-nanoelectronics, advanced materials, photonics, industrial biotechnology and advanced manufacturing systems) for industrial development, in areas such as health care and wellbeing, the efficient use of resources and raw materials, processes and production systems, biorelated - products, aerospace.
Addressed to researchers, entrepreneurs, industry, research institutions, the most important conference on enabling technologies in Italy will takes place November 26 to 28, 2014, in Venice Mestre, at the Conference Centre NH Laguna Palace.
With the contribution of specialists from both industrial and academic world, NanotechItaly2014 will highlight, how nanotechnology and other key enabling technologies can support the development of innovative and high added value products, providing a competitive advantage for a large number of industries.
The scientific excellence, industry leadership, the response to social challenges, the sustainability of research, will lead the industrial policy of the European Union for growth and economic development in the coming years and characterize the action of Horizon 2020. The KETs are the means to achieve these goals.
The Scientific Committee of the Conference, responsible for the selection of the speakers and of the topics of the various sessions and in charge of the evaluation of all the contributions has also been announced.
