FP7 Project looking for Respondents for Questionnaire on Characterisation Methods
The SIINN (Safe Implementation of Innovative Nanoscience and Nanotechnology) project has published a survey on characterisation methods ‘to identify and validate methods and reference materials for the characterisation of nanomaterials’. Results from this will help the project to develop ‘a consolidated framework to address nano-related risks and management of these risks for humans and the environment’.
According to a description of the questionnaire, filling it in will take no more than 10 minutes. Furthermore it has been revealed to NIA that, while respondent identification is requested, all answers are treated confidentially and data is used purely for statistical purposes.
SIINN is funded under the European Commission 7th Framework Programme (FP7). It began in August 2011 and will run for 3 years.
