Who can join the NIA
The NIA Corporate Membership is open to all industrial companies involved is for companies or concerns involved in or seeking to be involved in the research, development, manufacturing, marketing or sale of nanotechnologies products and processes or the equipment, technical and engineering services needed for their production including all forms of information technology.
Companies and organisations engaged in providing services in the nanotechnology sector otherwise than in an industrial capacity are organised in the NIA's Associate Membership, providing expertises in matters such as regulation, legislation, insurance, and finance.
The NIA's Affiliate Membership is reserved for individual, department, partnership or body corporates not falling within the definitions of Corporate or Associate Members.
